1. Overview & Principles

NexWerk AI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

2. Data Collection & Processing

We collect minimal personal information necessary to deliver our B2B AI automation and systems integration services:

• The contact form prepares an email locally in your browser. It does not submit your details to our server. If you send the email, your email provider delivers the details to Kaushal.agrawal0606@gmail.com for handling your enquiry.
• If you submit a NexWerk instant form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the contact details you provide (such as your name, email address and phone number) and your selected service interest. Meta shares the submitted lead with NexWerk; it may also be delivered to a private Google Sheet connected to our Facebook Page. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and do not sell them. Meta and Google process data under their own privacy policies.
• Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views automatically without tracking cookies. It reports approximate location such as city or country, pages, referrers and device categories, not a visitor's name or exact address. URL query parameters are removed before page views are sent. Vercel uses a short-lived visitor hash for aggregate statistics and does not store a reconstructable browsing session across websites.
• Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you allow it through Analytics preferences in the footer. The choice is stored in your browser. GA4 measures pages and selected interactions. Form contents and email-draft URL parameters are not sent as analytics events. You can withdraw permission through the same footer control.
• Operational logs strictly required for system diagnostics and rate-limiting.

3. Project Data and Hosting

Project hosting, access, retention and model-provider terms must be agreed for the selected deployment. This website does not establish a universal zero-retention guarantee. Do not include credentials, health records or other sensitive project data in an initial enquiry.

4. Your Rights under GDPR

Under EU regulation, you can request access, correction, portability or erasure of your personal information, subject to applicable conditions. This includes leads submitted through Meta instant forms. To make a request, contact us at Kaushal.agrawal0606@gmail.com.
