SEO, AEO & GEO Search Optimization

Modern search is no longer just Google links. Customers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude for business recommendations. We optimize your website's content, schema markups, and entity definitions for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Problems Solved

  • Zero brand presence in AI-generated answer summaries.
  • Outdated keyword-stuffing tactics failing on modern algorithms.
  • Lack of structured JSON-LD entity markup for machines.

Suitable Use Cases

  • B2B companies seeking authoritative citations in AI engines.
  • Technical products requiring answer-first content structures.
  • Global export companies targeting organic B2B buyers.

Unsuitable Use Cases

  • Black-hat SEO link schemes or low-quality AI content spamming.

Deliverables

A technical audit, prioritised fixes, structured data that matches visible content, answer-first content improvements and an agreed measurement plan. An optional llms.txt directory can help readers discover resources; it is not a ranking signal or a requirement for Google AI features.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO, GEO and LLMO?

SEO: search engine optimisation
Make relevant pages discoverable, indexable and useful for people searching for your services. Technical fixes support this work, but do not replace original expertise and evidence.
AEO: answer engine optimisation
Answer a specific customer question directly, then explain the context, limitations and next step. Use descriptive headings, readable text and sources that support the answer.
GEO: generative engine optimisation
Improve how clearly search-connected AI systems can retrieve and represent your business and content. Consistent business information, original material and attributable sources matter more than repeating AI-related keywords.
LLMO: large language model optimisation
A commonly used label for improving visibility in LLM-based discovery. Providers retrieve and generate answers differently. No website file or schema can force a model to learn a business, recommend it or cite a page.

How do we approach organic growth?

  1. Establish a baseline. Review Search Console queries, pages, countries and devices. Separate branded searches from service discovery and record the comparison period.
  2. Remove technical obstacles. Check status codes, canonicals, redirects, sitemap URLs, mobile usability and page speed. Keep one preferred URL for each page.
  3. Match pages to customer decisions. Explain scope, prerequisites, trade-offs and deliverables. Publish real demonstrations or clearly labelled examples instead of unsupported customer results.
  4. Earn relevant mentions. Contribute useful resources, publish work with permission and maintain accurate business profiles where eligible. We do not buy ranking links or generate bulk doorway pages.
  5. Measure and revise. Compare relevant impressions, clicks, qualified enquiries and engagement over consistent periods. Record changes so a traffic movement is not automatically attributed to the latest edit.

What changes for local businesses in Europe and the USA?

Start with accurate services, real locations, opening hours and a clear enquiry, booking or purchasing journey. Restaurants need readable menus; retailers need useful product and store information; architects need project context and images they have permission to publish. Create regional or translated pages only when they serve a distinct audience with genuinely useful content.

How is AI visibility measured?

Use a documented set of customer questions and record the provider, date, response and cited URLs. Repeat observations because answers can change between runs. Combine these observations with identifiable referral visits and real enquiries; a mention is not the same as a click or a sale.

Can a free tool guarantee organic traffic?

No. Open-source audits can identify technical problems without a paid subscription. They cannot guarantee indexing, rankings, AI citations or demand. Lighthouse scores describe tested page conditions, not a business's authority or future traffic.
